Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this portal. By creating an account or submitting a support ticket on itcad.us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this portal.

About This Portal

IT CAD Services (operated by Alejandro Jimenez Martin, Sunrise, FL) provides this portal at itcad.us as a help desk platform for submitting and tracking IT support requests. This portal serves K-12 schools and small business clients who have an established support relationship with IT CAD Services.

Use of this portal is intended for authorized clients, school staff, and administrators only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Your Account

To submit support tickets you must create an account. By registering, you agree that:

  • All information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
  • You will notify us immediately at alejandrojmartin68@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • You are at least 18 years of age, or a school staff member acting in an authorized professional capacity

IT CAD Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that is used for unauthorized purposes.

Permitted Use

This portal is provided exclusively for submitting and tracking IT support requests related to services provided by IT CAD Services. Permitted uses include:

  • Submitting tickets for device issues (Chromebooks, printers, BenQ Boards, Mac minis, teacher laptops)
  • Requesting support for classroom connectivity, Google Admin Console, or software issues
  • Tracking the status of open or resolved support tickets
  • Accessing the Knowledge Base and FAQs for self-service troubleshooting guidance

Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use this portal to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent support requests
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
  • Include personally identifiable student information (PII) in ticket submissions
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system areas
  • Use the portal for any commercial purpose unrelated to IT CAD Services
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse IT CAD staff through ticket communications

Support Services & Response Times

IT CAD Services provides IT support during agreed service hours. By submitting a ticket you understand that:

  • Tickets are prioritized based on impact to instruction and operational urgency
  • Response times may vary depending on ticket volume and complexity
  • IT CAD Services reserves the right to close tickets that are inactive, duplicated, or outside the scope of services
  • On-site support is subject to availability and scheduled service days

Intellectual Property

All content on this portal — including the Knowledge Base articles, FAQs, guides, and documentation — is the property of IT CAD Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

The IT CAD name, logo, and portal design are proprietary to IT CAD Services. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This portal is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. IT CAD Services makes no guarantees that the portal will be available without interruption, completely error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

IT CAD Services is not liable for any data loss, device damage, or service interruption caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, internet failures, or third-party software issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT CAD Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this portal or from the IT support services provided.

Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
