IT CAD Services is an independent IT support provider operated by Alejandro Jimenez Martin, based in Sunrise, Florida. We specialize in technology support for K-12 schools and small businesses — including Chromebook fleet management, BenQ Board support, printer and MFP troubleshooting, Mac mini labs, teacher laptop support, and Google Admin Console management.
This portal (itcad.us) is our help desk system. It allows school staff, clients, and authorized users to submit IT support requests, track their tickets, and access our Knowledge Base and FAQs.
